  How can I pay for my account upgrade?
You will pay via PayPal, credit card, or checking account. All account upgrades are processed instantly. We bill you once per month on the same date that you upgrade the account. eChecks typically take 2-3 business days to process, but full account access is given at the time of upgrade, no waiting. 		  What is the 30-day Transaction Limit?
Basic accounts are limited in the value of transactions that are allowed to be processed before an upgrade is required. The number used to determine the existing transaction volume is a running total of the 30 day's past transactions ($ value of all transactions). This allows us to gauge a users average level of service usage at any given time. 		 
   
  Can I upgrade and downgrade at any time?
Yes. We allow you to cancel account upgrades without any penalty. There are no contracts or other restrictions on the length of time that you use our system. You can also upgrade your account instantly directly from this page by clicking on the "Upgrade" button above. After canceling an upgrade, you may receive one final bill for any outstanding charges for the current billing period.		   What do I pay when I upgrade?
You pay nothing when you upgrade your account. For PayPal account upgrades, we do charge a $0.01 verification fee which is used to simply confirm the functionality of the PayPal account to be billed. The first seven days free offer is only available to new accounts. Existing users who have previously had account upgrades are not eligible for this offer. 		 
       
  How do I get help and support for my account?
For all account levels we provide fast, efficient online support. Premium account users get access to direct support via our Toll-Free support line.
